Job Title: Intermediate Architect (Retail Focus)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Architect with a strong focus on retail design to join our innovative team. As an Intermediate Architect, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing design concepts for retail projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of creativity, functionality, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project teams to develop and refine design concepts for retail environments, including stores, boutiques and luxury brands

Produce detailed architectural drawings, construction documents, and specifications using Revit, and other design software.

Conduct site assessments, surveys, and analyses to gather project requirements and assess existing conditions.

Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to integrate design solutions with structural, MEP, and interior elements.

Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and presentations to communicate design concepts and progress effectively.

Stay abreast of industry trends, retail best practices, and building codes to enhance design quality and innovation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

3+ years of post-graduate professional experience in architectural design, with a focus on retail projects.

Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.

Strong design sensibility, technical skills, and attention to detail.

Knowledge of retail design principles, trends, and customer experience strategies.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
