Associate Attorney Toxic Tort

Dean Omar Branham Shirley, LLP, a nationally recognized plaintiffs’ side firm, seeks a seasoned attorney to manage and work up a docket of toxic tort products liability action.

The ideal candidate, with their significant case management and courtroom skills, will be able to effectively manage a complex docket of mesothelioma cases. With a minimum of four years of experience in taking cases from filing to trial, and at least some second-chair experience, they will be well-equipped for this position. This role requires substantial travel on at least a weekly basis, strong deposition, writing, and critical thinking skills. An ability to think tactically and strategically will be a valuable asset.

While asbestos experience is preferred, we are open to considering the right candidate with the right skill set and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly to the asbestos learning curve.

We have offices in Dallas, California, Indiana, and Pennsylvania. Remote work for candidates not in these locations will be considered for the right candidate.
