Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting lead generation efforts as well as managing key accounts within the cosmetics and luxury goods markets. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends

Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels

Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies

Account Management:

Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, particularly large cosmetic brands

Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their needs

Work closely with the production team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of components

Sales Support:

Collaborate with commercial leadership to develop and execute sales strategies

Provide product information, pricing, and technical support to clients

Support the preparation and presentation of proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients

Communication:

Maintain clear and regular communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns

Update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information on client interactions

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Targets and Reporting:

Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual lead and opportunity generation goals

Prepare regular reports on lead generation and sales performance activities

Qualifications:

Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and results-oriented

Strong problem-solving skills

Knowledge of CRM systems; the cosmetics and luxury goods industries are a plus
