The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products and services, initiating the sales process.

This role pertains to the STIIZY Tobacco division.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our products

Drive sales by developing, identifying and securing all relevant opportunities

Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and offer solutions

Provides telephone support to customers

Meet and exceed individual and team sales target

Engages in other sales-related duties as needed

Attend trade shows & industry events

Performs work under direct supervision

Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff

Diligent, Punctual and Ready to work!

Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

TECHNICAL SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Performs work under direct supervision

Handles basic issues and problems

Refers more complex issues to higher-level staff

Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), as well as other accounting software programs

Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computers, 10-key calculators, and copiers

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work under time constraints and meet deadlines

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or equivalent

0-2 years of relevant experience

Experience in smoke shop/vape channels is preferred

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 15 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet

Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and working on a computer

Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities

Ability to get in and out of vehicle and walk up and down stairs during your shift

Must be able to stand, sit for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist
