Our marketing agency client is looking for a hybrid Project Manager for an immediate contract to hire role; ideally looking for someone with 5+ years experience working directly with clients and with some hands on experience with project management and trafficking. Nonprofit or mission driven experience required for this role as this firm works closely with several nonprofit clients.
Responsibilities
Link between senior agency management, subcontractors, vendors, and clients by building strong relationships among all involved
Identify priorities and balance scope and needs as the project develops throughout the creative process
Develop and maintain high profile influential relationships on behalf of client
Forecast resources, proactively identify barriers, and provide recommendations to senior leaders for problem resolution
• Act as project leader for a variety of assignments, including campaign development, video production, digital marketing, and print production
Review tracked time on Tasks/Projects
Conduct or manage research assignments to inform project/campaign development, including management of focus groups and survey development
Develop campaign plans, including paid media, social and digital media, and other outreach efforts with assistance from our Manager of Media Strategy, Digital Strategist, and Media Planner
Participate in virtual and in-person community events and networking opportunities to represent the agency
Create estimates, manage budgets, develop timelines, and mitigate problems as they arise
Stay abreast of marketing and advertising trends to inform client and agency work
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, and/or public relations. Master’s degree and agency experience a plus.
Demonstrated interest in social issues such as health, education, non-profit and/or corporate foundations, and social responsibility Excellent writing and presentation skills a must
