Levin are on a mission to lead the Tech recruitment sector globally; to Connect Tech Talent, we need the best talent. We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Human Resources department in ensuring the smooth functioning of our workforce.
What you’ll be doing
As a HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our HR department. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks related to onboarding, employee records management and HR communications. This role will be fun and fast paced, and you will be working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
Coordinate new hire onboarding activities and ensuring a seamless integration into the company
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with data protection regulations
Handle day-to-day HR inquiries and employee relations queries
Generate reports and compile data as required by Board
Support operational requirements and ensure the smooth running of the office
What we offer
$75k-95k base salary (negotiable depending on experience) pro rata
Flexible work schedule with up to 2 days working from home a week

Who we are looking for
8-10 years of experience within the HR industry
Motivated individual with a passion for HR and people and a desire to make a positive impact.
Excellent attention to detail and data analysis, highly proficient in Excel.
Knowledge of HR software or systems with experience in data entry, and pulling HRIS reports.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
