We are currently searching for qualified candidates for onsite IT Support Technician. Please see the details for the position below.

Title: IT Support Technician - Hybrid role - will have to work onsite.

Location: Scottsdale, AZ.

Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support including installation, deployment and maintenance of company laptops and peripherals. Manage and respond to customer requests via the ticketing system.

Troubleshoot end user computing issues on Windows and MacOS operating systems including software installs on devices.

Setup and maintain end-user devices including workstations, peripherals, etc. to support business growth and initiatives.

Providing excellent customer service to our users

Shipping equipment as required for replacement equipment and new hires.

Must Have Experience:

Strong background in end user computing to include support of endpoint infrastructure and peripherals.

1 or more years of relevant experience with setup, configuration, troubleshooting of Windows and MacOS desktop/laptop hardware and software.

Must have strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures and tools.

Efficient and accurate troubleshooting, both at desk-side and remote support.

Ability to manage competing priorities.

Hybrid remote and on-site work schedule.

Preferred:

Experience with Patch My PC

Professional industry certification
