Job Description: We are looking for a talented Architectural Designer with a focus on hospitality design to join a fantastically, collaborative and dynamic team. As an Architectural Designer, you will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, documenting and executing projects that elevate the guest experience. Your creative vision and technical expertise will be crucial in bringing our clients’ visions to life.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts and solutions for hospitality projects.

Produce high-quality architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations using Revit and other design software.

Conduct site visits, surveys, and assessments to gather project requirements and ensure design intent is met during construction.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to integrate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and interior elements.

Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews to communicate design concepts and progress effectively.

Stay updated with industry trends, building codes, and best practices to enhance design quality and innovation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

3+ years of post-graduate professional experience in architectural design, with a focus on hospitality projects.

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.

Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
