Ensures training materials (i.e. presentations, videos, guides, training records) and delivery strategies are updated and relevant to the needs of our internal and external customers through collaboration with WFDT Team and Clinical Ops Team.
Demonstrates an expertise of adult educational theory and the ability to apply evaluation methodologies into courses and curriculum to refine clinical programs and quickly implement changes as needed.
Develops and maintains training dashboards and metrics in collaboration with WFDT leadership.
Manages project deliverables and deadlines.

Minimum three years of experience, with a strong focus on content development for clinical personnel
The ideal candidate for this position will have a combination of technical knowledge, instructional design experience, and a creative outlook on problem-solving
Strong writing skills required with the ability to simplify and explain complex topics effectively and experience developing others.
Learning Management System experience preferred
Strong project and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and detail orientation
Ability to multi-task in an evolving environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and VISIO required
Must have prior experience in clinical, technical and leadership development in adult learning setting.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Clinical Education, organization development, business or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent preferred.
