Role: Scrum Master

Location: Atlanta, GA

JOB Description

The Scrum Master acts as a servant leader, facilitates Agile Team Ceremonies and is accountable for optimizing flow of stories and the value delivered by one to two Scrum teams.

This role ensures the impediments are resolved quickly, the team follows their agreed-to processes, and that there is a good relationship between the Product Owner and the development team.

Required Skills:

High working experience in Agile Practices

Hands on and value driven experience as SAFE Scrum Master.

Additional Skills: Jira/Python/Confluence

Key Responsibilities

. Coordinating and facilitating Scrum ceremonies

. Managing dependencies for the team

. Providing visibility into team delivery plans and progress

. Enabling continuous improvement within the team.
