HR Business Partner - Bilingual

Gothic Landscape is looking for an HR Business Partner to support our largest construction Office in Phoenix, AZ. the individual selected will have a significant role in supporting the field and office operations as well as the Executive Management Team.

Highlights of what our HR Business Partner will do:

Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management.

Supporting the day-to-day Human Resources operations surrounding recruitment/selection, onboarding, training & development, and employee relations.

Supports local hiring, including:

Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.

Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.

Employee Development

Visit job sites and field employees to build relationships with HR team.

Oversee and manage onboarding to ensure that new employees are welcomed and prepared for their new role.

Develop and facilitate training and developing managers and other employees. Assist with Career Development plans.

Employee Morale

Supports local events to build relationships.

Supports local rewards and recognition programs.

People Analysis

Supports succession planning and hiring needs projections.

Supports and ensures proper job terminations.

Partner with VP of HR to ensure the office is aligned with Company policies & procedures as well as the strategic goals related to talent acquisition, hiring practices, employee & career development, and training.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

Five (5) to eight (8) years of HR experience with at least two (2) years of experience in both talent acquisition and HR Business Partner experience.

Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated influence and diplomacy at all levels.

Passion for field-based businesses and the practicality they require.

Previous experience in coaching and mentoring management and employees.
