Litigation Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently recruiting a Litigation Paralegal for a regional law firm client in Atlanta, GA. The litigation paralegal position allows for a hybrid worksite schedule, after a training and probationary period. This group is looking for someone who is excited to work with a busy and productive team.

Responsibilities

Provide general paralegal support to attorneys in litigation practice

Draft legal documents, reports, summaries and correspondence

Draft pleadings, including answers, motions, notices, orders, calendar requests, subpoenas, affidavits, and other court filings;

Prepare for depositions, settlement conferences, motions, trials and hearings

Liaise with clients, providing updates and gathering information

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience, supporting a civil litigation practice

Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate

Proficiency with MS Office package and legal billing software

Strong project and case management skills

Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail
