Associate Attorney

Dean Omar Branham Shirley, LLP, a nationally recognized Plaintiffs’ firm, is seeking a litigation associate with a background in commercial litigation, receiverships, and related legal issues. The right candidate will possess meaningful commercial litigation skills, excellent writing credentials, and, ideally, substantial time in the courtroom. A bonus if you have a working understanding of insurance law, but it is not necessary. This position demands out-of-the-box creative thinking and offers the right person the opportunity to work daily with a name partner, make real differences in people's lives, and hold companies responsible. The successful candidate will relish the challenge of being opposite some of the country's largest and most prominent law firms. If you have previous defense-side experience, a full and complete conflict waiver from any client with asbestos matters and insurance companies, regardless of whether the insurance matters were asbestos-related, will be mandatory.
