About Us:

We are looking for a talented Sales Supervisor to join our South Beach boutique located at the W Hotel. The Jennifer Miller shop in the W Hotel has a full assortment of apparel and swim, shoes, and accessories as well as a beautiful assortment of jewelry- which is what we are known for! Our Jennifer Miller boutique @ the W Hotel is the first of it's kind for Jennifer Miller, so you have the opportunity to work hand in hand with the owners and corporate office. You will also work alongside the hotel team in a very fast paced, energetic environment. Part time and Full Time Candidates will be considered.Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

-Generate sales through strong leadership and client building. Ensuring comp store sales and monthly sales goals are met.

-Execute strategies to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals.

-Provide individual sales goals to all employees and ensure sales goals are met.

Merchandising:

-Assist with the merchandising process and contribute to the overall aesthetic vision of Jennifer Miller.

Operations:

-Conduct daily operations of running a retail store and ensure store compliance with company policies and procedures.

-Assist with inventory and loss prevention management.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Retail Experience at specialty store, contemporary, or luxury level.

Hotel/Hospitality Experience is a plus!
