A Bachelor's degree (a preference for a Master's in higher education or counseling).

3 years of experience advising campus communities on diversity, intersectionality, and gender equity issues.

The ability to bridge the gap between cultures and communities by demonstrating exceptional communication, planning, and conflict resolution skills.

A dedication to fostering an inclusive campus climate.

A deep understanding of DEI efforts in higher education and a commitment to staying current on equity trends and best practices.
