Job Summary:

Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking a full-time, experienced, and compassionate WINWARD NA/CNA-Senior Nursing Facility to join our team. The successful candidate will provide general nursing care to elderly patients/clients in a nursing home environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, have the ability to multi-task, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Compensation & Benefits :

This position is a full-time opportunity offering a salary of $18 to $20 per hour, paid weekly. Additionally, our benefits package offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, a generous vacation policy, 401(k) plan with automatic employer contributions, and more.

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that residents receive the care and attention they need in a safe and secure environment

• Keeping accurate and complete records for each resident

• Following all relevant codes, laws, regulations, and standards of quality

• Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, walking, and transferring

• Monitoring residents’ vital signs, nutritional and emotional needs on a daily basis

• Providing necessary medical care and assistance to residents

• Administering medication per physician protocols

• Assisting with leisure and entertainment activities

• Communicating residents’ needs to administrators and supervisors

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a WINWARD NA/CNA-Senior Nursing Facility

• Experience in the medical/healthcare industry

• In-depth knowledge of regulations governing medical records and quality standards

• Understanding of relevant codes and laws

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multi-task

• Attention to detail

• Strong work ethic

• Current and valid Hawaii certification
