High Profile has partnered with our non-profit client, located in East Dallas, to find a dynamic Director of People and Culture.
The person in this role will be responsible for the strategic vision of company culture, people resources & policies.
They will develop, drive, and execute key People & Culture initiatives such as talent acquisition, coaching & training, performance management and change management.

This is an in-office role with no remote or hybrid work options available.
Bachelorâ s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience required
7+ years of progressive People/HR experience with at least 3 years of experience leading a team of People/HR professionals
Previous non-profit HR management experience required
Current SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
Experience in creating & implementing People programs, policies, and best practices
Previous experience with HR systems such as ADP or similar
Advanced knowledge of and experience with budget development, compensation and benefits administration, employee and labor relations, talent management, employee engagement, workforce development, and organizational initiatives relating to and/or impacting human resources
Strong knowledge of federal and state laws that affect HR policies and procedures, including EEOC, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA and other regulatory and compliance laws
Knowledge of TX Labor laws required
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Must feel comfortable presenting information to all levels of the company
Must be proficient in problem solving, conflict resolution, and documentation
Must be able to manage/prioritize multiple tasks, work under pressure and be organized (attention to detail)
