Assistant Plant Accountant

Job Qualifications

Preferably a graduate of BSBA Accountancy

At least 6 months experience in Cost Accounting

Exposure to Computerized Accounting System an advantage

Strong Analytical Skills

Average written and verbal communication skills

Medium to advanced Excel skills an advantage

JOB SUMMARY

Encoding of inventory-related transactions; checking accuracy of encoded data in the Slitting and Forming Instructions

Performing monthly inventory count with the Warehouse people

Maintaining plant fixed assets ledgers and providing monthly depreciation

Assisting in month-end closing and reports preparation

Maintaining proper and organized filing of inventory-related documents
