Responsible in the application of long-term (25-yr) tenure permits like Forest Land-use Agreement (FLAg), Special use Agreement in Protected Areas (SAPA) and Land Use Permit (LUP) in their assigned administrative region, including but not limited to the following:
Serves as focal person in the overall preparation of permit applications such as FLAg, SAPA and LUP through the efficient use of company resources.
Builds and maintains good rapport with government agencies in the region responsible in the endorsement of permits and other regulatory requirements
Provides expert knowledge and skills on regulatory matters related in the preparation, processing and application of tenurial permits
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of a 4-year degree course in the field of technical and social sciences.
2. At least 1-year of related permitting work experience in Government agencies, NGOs or utility industries
3. Post graduate course or diploma is an advantage
4. Experience in working with government regulators and stakeholders is an advantage
Competencies:
1. Good communication, facilitation and negotiation skills
2. Knowledge on regulatory statutes related to the application of local or national permits.
3. Ability to work harmoniously with others
