IT Vendor Management Officer – Manager (M)Salary: 90k

Schedule: M- F, regular hours.

Set up: onsite

Location: Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City

Contract: 1yr subject for extension based on client approval.

Job Summary

Initiates major tasks and develops crucial deliverables in Vendor Sourcing & Selection, Contracting, and Risk Management areas to ensure efficient vendor selection, informed decision making, and effective contract management.

Job Description

Sourcing

Prepares RFI and/or RFP in response to business cases.

Applies standard policies, procedures, and tools to produce detailed evaluation criteria for complex proposals and to evaluate proposals.

Collects and reports on vendor performance data.

Vendor Mgt

Acts as the routine contact point between the bank and vendors.

Supports resolution of vendor-related incidents, problems, or unsatisfactory performance.

Contract Mgt

Acts as a routine contact point between the bank and vendors concerning contract management.

Supports the collection of contract performance data. Creates standard reports on contract performance.

Risk Mgt

Undertakes basic risk management activities.

Maintains documentation of risks, threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation actions.

Professional Experience

5 years of experience in IT Vendor Management and/or Project Management (with Vendor Interface).

Knowledge and Skills Required

1.Operational knowledge of IT systems, software development life cycles, project management life cycles, and vendor management.

2.Operational knowledge and experience, preferably gained through active involvement and implementation, of one or more of ISO 9001, CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration), PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge), COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies), ITIL (Information Technology Information Library), etc.

3.Experienced IT Vendor Manager or Project Manager dealing directly with Vendors, with experience in managing medium to large IT projects.

4.Basic knowledge of capital budgeting.

5.Knowledgeable of the BSP outsourcing regulatory requirements

Pay: Up to Php90,000.00 per month
