Telesales Agent - Local Account

We are looking for Customer Sales Representatives with the following qualifications:

Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply

Must have 1 year of BPO experience, including a solid 6 months of upselling experience

Candidate should be comfortable doing virtual assistance

Good to excellent communication skills

Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City and McKinley Taguig

Can start as soon as possible

Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer clients queries professionally to understand about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.

Make sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit customer needs.

Examine clients issues, analyze information gathered using appropriate method to draw possible solutions.

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Able to juggle different work activities, shifting attention from one task to another and meet the performance target.

Engage in active listening and respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.

Show a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues, offering assistance when needed and promoting a positive team environment.

Demonstrate strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks and documentation
