Description:

Office Staff is responsible in providing sales and administrative support for the day to day operations of the office. Office staff must ensure that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. The Office Staff reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Search & Contact new clients

Handle customer inquiries

Prepares and file various accounting and monitoring reports

Assist in marketing initiativesMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must have at least 1 year experience in similar position

Must possess bachelor's/ college degree

Candidate should not be more than 30 years old

Willing to work in Quezon City from Mondays to Saturdays 9-5pm

Experience / interest in Automotive industry is an advantage
