QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree Holder preferably Business Administration in Financial Management, Management Accounting
Has related experience in handling Billing & Collection / Accounts Receivable
Amenable to a Project-Based Employment
Willing to report on-site at Nivel Hills, Brgy. Apas, Cebu City
Willing to report Monday to Saturday or 5.5 workdays per week
Willing to render overtime
Has confidence to handle and communicate with clients professionally
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Admin Assistant / Billing and Collection Assistant reports directly to the Property Accountant, and Property Manager.
Preparation of the following reports and documents:
Invoice/Billing Statements /Statement of Account
Receipts; issuance thereof and proper payment application, creation of OR Summary
Daily Collection report
Billing and Collection summary reports
Collection/Demand Letter for delinquent accounts
Collection Efficiency report with Comparison of Previous and Current Year Collections
Accounts and other Reconciliations for unidentified deposits
Debit/Credit memos as necessary
