Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip.

Safely transporting company staff as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.

Assisting with the loading and unloading of products, materials, etc.

Listen and monitor traffic and weather reports to stay up to date on the road conditions.

Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed.

Providing accurate time records of each assignment.

Report departure and arrival to and from the headquarters/each sites/ drop-off, and pick-ups to supervisor/ department’s group in the messaging app required

Collect payment, issue receipt, to the Client, as advised and instructed by the immediate supervisor.

Collect signature or payment, if necessary, upon arrival to the recipient client.

Coordinates and reports with/to immediate supervisor(s) for any incidents/accidents/delays/critical situations regarding the delivery or task assigned.

Accomplish and submit any required report to the immediate supervisor.

Must maintain proper decorum and obey standard operating procedure at all times.

Must always have availability within 12 hours of notice for scheduled treatments/engagements.

Must always be reachable via registered phone/mobile number and must respond within 24 hours of receiving a message.

Perform related duties, and other clerical/manual tasks by the immediate supervisor, that may not be specifically listed in the Position Description but are within the general occupational series and responsibility level typically associated with the employee’s classification of work.
