EVENTS & MARKETING SPECIALIST-IMUS

1. Spread Lotus’ Brand and Product; Opportunity;

2. Develop and implement program and strategies that will help acquire new clients for community spaces, koncepto bazaar and venue areas;

3. Generate new leads. Identify and research potential clients to achieve occupancy target;

4. CAP front-liner who presents Lotus and our advocacies to various community orgs; LGU, residential, institutions, etc;

5. Develop and maintain client relationships;

6. Closely coordinates with the Account Specialist and to the whole Marketing team for the approved and close deal community events.

7. Create and present weekly and monthly reports.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field

Has a background in Sales and Digital Marketing

Knowledgeable in all kinds of marketing strategy, campaign and social media ads

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

Has a pleasing personality

Possession of a valid driver's license.

Experience in driving various types of vehicles, including but not limited to cars or motorcycles.

Willingness to travel frequently for fieldwork or different location.
