As a Key Account Specialist, you should be able to handle multiple customer accounts and provide excellent customer service. You should also be able to gather customer details and understand their requirements to build and maintain long-term customer relations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Penetrate Key Accounts and Top 3,000 Companies in NCR to promote and sell Tetra Technologies Distribution Inc (TTDI) IT Products and Services
Do field work (cold calls) and call-outs for lead generation
Account Management, handling of client concerns (Single point of contact between client and TTDI office)
Submits weekly sales reports and project updates
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree of any related courses, preferably major in Business or Marketing
Must have prior experience in distributor management or handling key accounts in consumer sales
Can work well with minimal supervision
