The Studio Bridge is a dynamic and growing company in the creative industry, specializing in video production and animation services. We are seeking a Junior IT Staff to join our team and contribute to our success.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to employees regarding hardware and software issues for both PC and Mac OS systems.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.

Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and assist in resolving technical problems.

Assist in managing IT inventory and equipment procurement.

Collaborate with the IT team to implement security measures and ensure data protection.

Maintain documentation of IT procedures and solutions for reference.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (college graduates welcome to apply).

Knowledge of PC and Mac OS systems and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Previous experience or internships in IT support is a plus.
