Product and RF Test Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors in Electronics Communication or Industrial Engineering Graduate

With at least 1-year experience in a manufacturing company.

Knowledgeable in new product introduction/first article, process and planning.

Fast learner

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Qualifying new product during product development.

Assess and verify the design of the product and or process and facilitate cross functional communication to the team involve during sample making.

Spearhead the review for the requirements needed for the new product or device requirements.

Prepares and ensures the availability of documents, materials and tooling for sample making.

Coordinates to Business Development regarding materials needed and the delivery date of the sample.

Coordinates to Planning for the loading plan of new sample for manufacturing.

Addresses product-related customer and quality issues and design enhancements to meet customer needs.

Resolves engineering related issues affecting manufacturing. Determines root cause and implements containment or corrective actions.

Monitors the performance of the new product sample sent to the customer.

Works with QA Engineer for the verification of submitted new samples if according to customer requirements.

Develops initial process flow use as reference during sample.

Managed the transfer of new product into manufacturing, customer product specification and assembly.

Conduct product release report to the top management.

Creates Customer Approval sheets, Product Release certificate and ISSR (if ask).

Assist in pre-production and mass production of new product.

Coordinates with QA for the documents and First Article Submissions. Works with Process Engineers, Innovation Engineers, Line Maintenance and Facilities Technician and Industrial Engineers during sample build.

Assume additional responsibilities as required.
