This role will be part of the Requisition to Pay (R2P) organization, which provides end-to-end-requisition to pay services on enablement solutions to our Operating Companies around the world.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree qualification is essential. A recognized qualification in Project Management/ Procurement or R2P process would be considered an asset
1-3 Years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable and General Accounting
Demonstrated proficiency and experience with Project Management, Procurement & Finance/Accounting processes.
Strong written and oral communication skills with the demonstrated ability to interact with various levels of the organization.
Professional certification (e.g. SAP related) desirable
Experience in shared services center of a multinational corporation desirable
Excellent data entry and processing skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
Basic knowledge of general accounting concepts, rules and legal requirements – proven knowledge of accounts payable desirable
Ability to use computer applications as required – Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), basic SAP skills desirable
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support project (S4 releases, ECC, Ariba, SNOW, and others) activities to drive projects to successful completion.
Perform R2P/Procurement process pre & post go-live dates of the projects.
Help manage and report on project/program risks, actions, issues, decisions, and overall health.
Coordinate with the project team in the regular meetings and effective communication with the project team (presentation preparation).
Attend workshops and meetings with the Project Team to capture action items, notes, issues, risks, decisions associated with projects.
Support the Operation Lead in the day-to-day R2P operations as needed.
