As an IT SUPPORT, you will be responsible for resolvingIT support from employees, Answering employee questions regardingcomputer systems. Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems withcomputer systems. Your typical day is changing configurations, settings,and permissions to fix computer issues, Gathering sign-ins for new hiresduring the onboarding process. Installing new software and hardwaredrivers and updating existing ones as needed. Most importantly updating

employees on the status of their service requests.

Qualifications:-Degree in Information Technology-atleast 1 year experience -Excellent communication skills-Good Excel and digital content management skills-Knowledge of database and networking systems
