Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Taguig for a BIM Specialist. As a BIM Specialist, you will be responsible for performing BIM modeling, clash detection, coordination, and creating construction documentation. You will collaborate with the design and construction teams to develop and implement BIM processes and workflows. Your role will also involve assisting in BIM software training and providing technical support.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360
Experience in clash detection, 3D modeling, and construction documentation
Understanding of BIM standards and best practices
Knowledge of construction processes and workflows
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
Relevant certifications in BIM software are a plus
Responsibilities
· Translate MEP plans into BIM models
· Create detailed models to be used in the design and construction phase of projects.
· Create “For Construction Drawings” from BIM model
· Ability to prepare detailed plans for MEP and maintain and deliver record models.
· Execute clash check between Architectural, Structural and MEP models.
