o Prepares sales forecast by reviewing Sales History per Customer.
o Communicates and request updated requirements from Customers.
o Receives communication or inquiries from Customers – product inquiry, orders, price, customer complaints, credit terms and others.
o Documents and finalizes communication by identifying purpose of communication and forwards the Customer Communication Sheet to Sales Supervisor for review.
o Sources and acquires potential Customers or Sales leads from various platforms such as social media, referrals from existing customers, business directories, trade shows, conference attendance, networks, company website and others.
o Conducts outbound customer calls through reliable sales leads and prospects in order to acquire new/potential customers.
o Prepares Sales Quotations, Proposals or Presentation with price, credit terms and other specifications then submits to Sales Supervisor/Manager for review and approval.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Marketing or any Business related course
At least three (3) years of extensive work experience as a Sales Professional/Executive in a manufacturing or trading/retail industry with updated training and seminars on SCM, QMS, Food Safety, GMP and others is a plus
