JOB TITLE: HR Assistant / Generalist
JOB PURPOSE:
A Human Resources (HR) Assistant is a professional who is responsible for the daily administrative and HR duties of an organization. They assist with recruitment and record maintenance for payroll processing as well as provide clerical support to all employees.:
Job Description:
Recruitment
· Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
· Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
· Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
Documentation
· Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
· Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
· Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, etc.)
Employee Relations
· Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, company event, etc.) and take minutes
· Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
· Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Compensation and Benefits/ Payroll
· Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
· Computing manual timekeeping and scanning all pertinent documents as required by accounting.
· Inputting and updating weekly DDO in google sheet
Requirements and skills:
· Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
· Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
· Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
· Basic knowledge of labor laws
· Excellent organizational skills
· Strong communications skills
· Degree in Human Resources or related field.
OTHER TASK(S):
a. Performs other task that may be deemed necessary from time to time.
