SENIOR ARCHITECT

Responsible for implementing all architectural project(s), including Design, Construction Documents, Permitting, Bidding, and Construction Administration;

Manage the Engineering and Construction teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards;

Demonstrate creativity, foresight, and architectural judgment in developing architectural solutions;

Understand the construction assemblies and best practices;

Actively coordinate the design and equipment to use for the projects;

Participate in Project Meetings and document discussions through meeting minutes;

Understands and implements government regulations for architectural projects

REQUIREMENTS:

A Licensed Architect, with Bachelor's degree in Architectural from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management, preferably within the real estate industry.

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other relevant design tools and technologies.

Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.

Demonstrated creativity, design excellence, and attention to detail.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Should have a Certificate in COSH Training.

Willing to work at our EDSA, San Juan city office

Willing to START IMMEDIATE.
