* Graduate of business related courses

* Has basic knowledge of accounting terminologies and accounting entries

* At least 1 year experience as Data Encoder and/or Accouting Staff

* Has accurate and fast data encoding skills

* Knows the different formula and techniques in operating the MS Excel, Powerpoint and MS Word

*Can handle work under pressure
