· Preferably Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any behavioral science course.
· With at least 6-months work experience in the same capacity,
· Knowledgeable on all facets of Human Resource most especially on Recruitment, sourcing of applicant, test administration
· Organized, with good presentation and communication skills (oral and written)
· Can work with all levels of people within the organization.
