Duties & Responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly corrective and preventive action and site quality report as per the company QMS and discussing the same in monthly meeting at regional office.

To ensure that all incoming materials used for construction activity comply with the specification and standard

Checking on all construction activities before, during and after completion as per process control check lists.

Control on Batching plant productivity.

Deal with the customer complaints on a day-to-day basis.

Review running mix designs in compliance with client requirements in terms of strength, durability, permeability, workability.

Supervise monthly internal calibration and uniformity test for each batching plant unit.

Prepare analysis report for compressive test result and durability for internal and external specimens.

Ensure real implementation of QA/QC plan and related inspection activities as well as reported in standard format.

Review daily Field Inspection Report and do the necessary action.

Review Daily Inspection Report and issuance of observation or NCR (Nonconformity Report) according to concerned department.

Conducting the tests on all construction materials (In Laboratory amp; Field) at site and its report maintenance.

Performs any other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

Graduate of Civil Engineering

With at least a year of experience in QA/QC in construction setting

With good communication skills

Willing to do field works

Willing to be assigned in ANY project sites if needed

Physically & mentally healthy
