Job Summary:
To track, monitor, and follow up with suppliers to ensure products are delivered as per the agreed terms and expectations of the clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the respective accounts to ensure all customer requirements are understood and met as per the agreed terms of the contract.
- Manage the port PO process with the suppliers including PO receipt confirmation, PO release, expediting, and organizing deliveries to ensure timely and efficient completion as per contractual requirements.
- Handle correspondence concerning shipments, delivery, and material quality/quantity, and report any concerns to the interested parties in a timely manner.
- Ensure QA requirements are met as per contractual obligations.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers & relevant internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of PO’s.
- Escalate any complex or unresolved matters, queries, and/or concerns to the Team Leader in a timely manner for resolution.
- Take necessary measures to maintain zero accident targets and minimize operational costs.
- Adhere to the regulatory standards and guidelines to ensure HSE remains a top priority and there are no adverse implications on people and the environment caused by the operational activities.
Key Deliverables:
- Produce Weekly Expediting Reports
- Escalate late PO’s

- Qualifications and Skills needed:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline with a minimum of 1 year relevant experience required
- Knowledge of contracting & procurement processes
- Knowledge of logistics, Inco terms, contractual terms
- Competent in the use of MS Office applications
