Place outbound calls to a list of potential customers provided by the company.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the products or services offered.
Answer customer inquiries and address objections with accurate and persuasive information.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes.
Conduct follow-up calls with potential customers who expressed initial interest.
Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the company.
Collaborating with the sales team and management to improve sales strategies and techniques.
Staying updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competition to effectively address customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree of any course
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledgeable in MS Offices and G-Suite
Previous telemarketing or sales experience is an advantage.
