You will be:
Event Management:
- planning clients' events and/or shoots;
- designing special and creative experiences for clients;
- coordinating suppliers and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly;
- overseeing event ingress/egress procedures, and conducting post-event evaluation.
Sales:
- doing follow-ups on prospects via calls, text and email;
- participating in various sales projects from start to finish
Client and Supplier relations:
-communicating, maintaining and developing client and supplier relationships;
- liaising with clients to ascertain their precise event or shoot requirements.
Qualifications:
- must have a Bachelor's Degree
- must be willing to communicate with team and clients beyond office hours
- creative skills such as graphic design, styling, cooking, among others are a big plus
- previous experience in sales is also a big plus
- must be a quick-learner, self-motivated, trustworthy and people-oriented
- preferably lives in Rodriguez, San Mateo, Batasan/Fairview area
