Requirements & Skills
A minimum of 2- 3 years of experience as a Head Cook in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen operation is required.
Perfectionism in sanitation and quality control.
Portfolio of creative, unique dishes.
Expert multitasking ability.
Great leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to run stocktaking and place orders for resupply.
Passion and pride for delighting people with food.
Must be organized and a real multi-tasker.
Must have a strong sense of urgency and “getting things done.”
