QUALIFICATION:
Vocational Graduate/Short Course Certified or equivalent
Has at least 1 year experience as Building and/or Facilities Technician preferably in a BPO or Office setting
Required skill(s): Electrical, Carpentry, Plumbing
Willing to be assigned at Cebu Business Park
Willing with Project-Based Employment
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
RESPONSBILITIES:
Conducts regular rounds/inspection of all office/facility equipment and common area facilities while on duty.
Ensures that all equipment is in good running condition. Otherwise, implement trouble shooting activities to rectify any noted defects.
Accomplish daily equipment checklist and schedule of periodic preventive maintenance.
Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.
