Japanese Software Engineer

Working closely with the project manager and the client contact person to define project scope, roles andresponsibilities.

Determining project technical requirements and providing detailed project estimates and timelines.

Working closely with members and assigning tasks to achieve daily, weekly or monthly goals.

● Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.

Qualifications:

Require strong technical skills and a solid understanding of software development.

Good time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.

A good communicator with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution

A good team player and an effective leader who is able to motivate their project team.

Analytical skills are necessary in order to correctly identify risks and solve any problems which may arisethroughout the project.

Fluent in Japanese (N1/ N2 Level )
