Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in any business related course or at least 2-4 years experience in the same position.
Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
Customer oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management process.
Proficient in using POS and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent people manegement and effective delagation skills.
Superb verbal and written communication skills.
Job Description:
Oversee daily activities and operations of the store.
Monitor and maintain good stock inventory level.
Deals with customer complain and queries.
Implement marketing promotions and campaigns.
Supervise and train Sales personnel in good customer service, store maintenance and product promotions.
Motivate and mentor Sales personnel in achieving daily,monthly and yearly Sales targets.
Incharge of the overall visual display and image of the store.
