As a B2B Outbound Agent for our UK Client, you will play a crucial role in prospecting and pre-qualifying potential leads through outbound calls. Your primary responsibilities will include making a high volume of outgoing calls, efficiently tracking contacts, and meeting daily targets for successful calls.Responsibilities:• Conduct a high volume of outgoing customer calls or cold calls to pre-qualify prospects.
• Efficiently track contacts provided by the company to ensure calls are made and results are recorded accurately.
• Enter details of successful calls promptly and accurately into Google Sheets or designated trackers.
• Meet daily targets for successful calls to maintain productivity and achieve desired outcomes.Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in handling B2B sales in a UK account/client.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English.
Proficient in computer and data entry skills.
High level of personal accountability and responsibility for meeting targets.
Willingness to work afternoon shifts to align with UK business hours.
Must be 100% onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
