Technical Support Administrator

Job Overview:

Hardware diagnosis, troubleshooting including computers, servers, network, CCTV, communications

Technical support

Monitor network usages/traffic, CCTV uptime

Helpdesk ticket resolution

Manages IT assets inventory

Provides weekly/monthly reports

Provides research and studies of current technology in the market

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related course

1-2 years experience in a similar role
