Restaurant Supervisor

Specialty Food Retailers, Inc. under Rustan Group of Companies is currently looking for Store Supervisors to be assigned to Shake Shack Philippines.

Must be willing to be assigned at MALL OF ASIA, PASAY CITY

The position is responsible for supervising the store operations to work as a cohesive team in delivering quality food products and excellent customer service while balancing it with a results-oriented objective.

Conditions of Employment:

6 days/weekly, shifting schedule

Key Areas of Responsibility

1. Customer SatisfactionDeliver excellent service for both internal and external customersMaintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the entire store

2. Food Products & Other SuppliesEnsure that proper standards and procedures in the preparation of food ingredients are followed.Conduct proper forecasting of supplies for (daily) ordering

3. Equipment & MachinesCheck equipment, furniture, and fixtures for daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance;Ensure that all equipment and machines are operational.

4. Safety, Sanitation & SecurityImplement the safety and security procedures in the storesImplement proper food wastage and garbage disposalImplement regular pest control maintenance

5. ManpowerPrepares the store weekly scheduleMonitor staff attendance and man-hour stageCoach and mentor store staff

6. Overall Store PerformanceMonitor, gather, and analyze sales performance matrix. Make necessary actions to improve store performanceConduct programs and procedures to prevent pilferages/inside theft

Job Qualifications:

Education: 4-year course graduate

Experience: At least 6 months supervisory experience in the Food or Hospitality industry is preferred
