Description:

Lead Generation from existing customers and past.

Make outbound callouts and follow-ups with prospects/potential and existing clients.

Check the history of past POs/delivery/rentals for the status of services/items served.

Must be able to exceed repeat orders’ sales targets.

Cultivate and build strong business sales targets.

Analyze client needs and pain points.

Collaborate with Marketing and Sales departments to execute our elite business model.

Participate in comprehensive, cutting-edge sales and account management training.

Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closing.

Build a database of all contacts.

Manage prospects and maintain a detailed sales funnel.

Performs work according to established policies and professional standards and ensures strict adherence to safety protocols, procedures, and standards.

Performs other functions and activities, whether related or unrelated to the position, which may be assigned from time to time as dictated by business exigencies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Graduate of any 4-years course.

At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably 1-4 Yrs. Experienced Employees specializing in Outbound Telemarketing or equivalent.

Full-Time position(s) available.

Strong verbal, analytical, and organizational skills.

Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications. Fluent in Bisaya is an advantage but not a must.

Open to work during morning shift.

Full onsite work set up.
