Pay Rate: $38 an hour - $48 an hour

Location: Houston, Texas

Hours: Hybrid; Monday-Thursday 8:00am-6:00pm, Friday 8:00am-12:00pm

A client in Downtown Houston, Texas is seeking a Corporate Recruiter with experience in construction, engineering, or architecture.

Responsibilities:

Source candidates and review resumes utilizing various recruiting methods and platforms.

Coordinate, schedule, and conduct interviews.

Administer pre-employment assessments and maintain the applicant tracking system.

Create job postings.

Make and negotiate offers.

Onboard new hires.

List Qualification or Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related program.

Experience in recruiting for the following industries construction, engineering, or architecture.

Two or more years of experience in Human Resources and Recruiting.

Must be adaptable and flexible.

Strong communication and attention to detail.

Experience using MS Office suite, Microsoft Dynamics, or HRIS.
