CLIENT AND SOURCE OF FUND: RWANDA ENERGY GROUP

Rwanda Energy Group (REG) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the tender for supply of REG Basketball sport wear and equipment.

This tender is made of one (1) indivisible Lot and participation is open equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field.

The Bidding Document may be obtained by interested bidders for any working days from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at REG-EUCL Headquarters, 1stFloor, Room N G114, in the Secretariat Office of the Procurement Management of EUCL, P.O Box 5634 Kigali, or ; upon presentation of proof of payment of a non – refundable amount of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 Frw). This payment shall be made to Account /RWF opened at I & M Bank, Rwanda.

4. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in two copies one of which is the original must reach the Secretariat of the Procurement Management at the address mentioned below not later than 31st/05/2024 at 10:00 am. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

5. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Six Hundred Thousand Rwandan Francs (600,000 Frw) issued by a reputable financial institution recognized in Rwanda with the validity period of One Hundred Fifty (150) days from the opening date of bids.

6. Bids will be opened in a public session and in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person in the conference room at REG Headquarter Offices at 10:30 am local time on the same day.

7. The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of bids submission.

8. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender number and title.
